Boy Scout Troop 643 is chartered through Holy Trinity Parish. Boys finishing fifth grade through 18 are welcome. This program develops skills in communication, self confidence, leadership, and skills that last a lifetime. The scouts are active in outdoor activities that could include camping, hiking, rock climbing, boating, and fishing. They also are heavily into doing service projects to help the church, school, or the community. The leaders actively work with the scouts on their spiritual development along with helping them earn several religious awards. Troop meetings are held on Thursday’s Sept. through May with a few summer activities including a week long summer camp. We are always lookig to add some adults to help with this great program. Cub Scout Pack 643 is chartered through Holy Trinity Parish. Boys first through fifth grade are welcome. Adults are always needed as leaders or committee members. Cub Scouts instill character building, leadership, and outdoor skills. It is fun with a purpose. Age appropriate religious awards are encouraged as well. Den meetings are held on different days of the week depending on the age group and then all Dens come together once a month for a Pack meeting. The Girl Scout are open to all parish families and have the following four program goals: 1) Developing self-potential, 2) relating to others, 3) developing values, 4) contributing to society.
