Religion

At Holy Trinity Catholic School, the most important aspect of school life is strengthening our relationship with Jesus and growing in our understanding of the Catholic Faith.

Each day the students participate in religion class. The school community celebrates an “All School” Mass each week. Every month, students in kindergarten through eighth grade alternate between biweekly Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and praying the rosary. In Advent and Lent, weekly prayer services celebrate the season and Stations of the Cross are prayed weekly.

Multiple special prayer services such as Blessing of the Pets, Prayer for Veterans, and Martin Luther King Day are celebrated throughout the school year. Students in kindergarten through sixth grade attend a Seder meal every Holy Thursday, while those in seventh and eighth grades attend the Chrism Mass at the Cathedral. Students preparing for Sacraments have several opportunities to attend retreats and prayer services such as the Blessing Cup Dinner.

Daily, weekly and monthly, the students contribute money, goods and service for those in need. Special Ministries, such as the Prayer Shawl Blessing and our Book of Remembrance, are an important part of who we are.

Even our code of conduct centers around Jesus and our faith with Virtue Based Restorative Discipline. (Please click here to see more about Virtue Based Restorative Discipline.)

Every day the students, faculty, staff and parents strive to grow in grace and wisdom as we walk towards eternal life together.
